Kitui Governor Dr. Julius Malombe has commissioned the Mutomo Sub-County Hospital Outpatient Block and Main Theatre, marking another major milestone in his administration’s efforts to strengthen healthcare services across the county.
The new facilities will expand access to essential outpatient and surgical services, with the hospital also set to benefit from a digital X-ray machine and other critical medical equipment to improve diagnosis and patient care.
The projects form part of more than 119 projects implemented in Mutomo/Kibwea Ward since August 2022 under Governor Malombe’s administration, underscoring his focus on transforming healthcare infrastructure and bringing quality services closer to residents.
