Kitui West incoming Member of Parliament, Hon. Generali Fredrick Kimanga, today attended a successful harambee at AIC Tulia Region Academy in Tulia, Mutonguni Ward, aimed at supporting infrastructure improvement and expansion at the institution.
The fundraising event brought together residents, leaders, and well-wishers who united to support the growth of the school and promote a better learning environment for students.
While addressing residents, Hon. Kimanga emphasized the importance of truthful leadership and urged leaders to stop misleading wananchi through false information and unnecessary propaganda. He called for honesty and transparency in leadership, noting that development should always be guided by facts and the genuine needs of the people.
Hon. Kimanga took the opportunity to clarify ongoing development projects in the area, stating that the Tulia Market project is currently ongoing, while the Kabati Market project has already been advertised and is set for implementation.
He further explained that these key projects are being implemented through close collaboration between the National Government and the County Government, with the shared goal of improving livelihoods and boosting economic growth in Kitui West.
Hon. Kimanga reaffirmed his unwavering commitment to honest leadership, accountability, and meaningful development, assuring residents that his leadership will remain focused on delivering real progress and transforming the lives of the people of Kitui West.
He reiterated that his vision is to ensure every part of Kitui West benefits from sustainable development projects that improve education, infrastructure, and economic opportunities for all.
