Bishop Alice Mengele Calls for Peace, Love, and Truth in Marriage and Society

Bishop Alice Mengele, founder of triumphal Christian church (TCC), has spoken out passionately about the importance of life, marriage, and peace during a recent address focusing on gender-based violence (GBV) and family values.

“Life is very important, and so is the life of marriage,” Bishop Mengele said. “Marriage is a beautiful journey, but no one should remain in a marriage where there is constant fighting or abuse. Instead of enduring physical violence, it is better to walk away in silence and protect your well-being.”

Speaking directly to women, Bishop Mengele advised them not to respond to conflict with anger, but rather seek peaceful solutions and personal safety. She emphasized the importance of mutual respect and harmony within the home.

Bishop Mengele also encouraged men to treat their wives with love and peace. “To the men, love your wives. Treat them with kindness and live together in harmony,” she urged.

She appealed to society to embrace peaceful living, urging individuals not to engage in quarrels. “If issues arise, there are peaceful ways of resolving them. Let us choose dialogue and understanding over conflict,” she said.

The bishop also emphasized the vital role of parents in guiding the next generation, especially their children who are married. “As parents, we must love our children and guide them wisely. We must encourage them to live in unity and build strong families.”

In her final remarks, Bishop Mengele called on religious leaders to remain neutral and uphold the truth. “Men of God should not be partisan. We must speak the truth, always,” she said.

Her message serves as a reminder of the role every individual plays in building peaceful families and communities through love, truth, and mutual respect.
