Kitui West 2027 MP Hopeful Fredrick Kimanga Consoles Mutinda Family, Participates in Burial Harambee

Kitui West 2027 incoming Member of Parliament hopeful, Waziri Generali Fredrick Kimanga, on Thursday joined family members, relatives, and residents of Kwamutonga village in condoling with the family of Mutinda following the death of their daughter, Grace Kaswee Kaka Mutinda.

Kimanga conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, describing the loss as painful and devastating. He encouraged the family to remain strong and united during the moment of grief, assuring them of his personal support and that of the broader Kitui West community.
During the gathering, Kimanga also took part in a harambee organized to support burial preparations ahead of the final send-off scheduled for Saturday. The fundraising exercise aimed at easing the financial burden on the family as they prepare to lay their loved one to rest.

While addressing the mourners, the Kitui West MP hopeful underscored the importance of visionary and experienced leadership, stating that communities must be led by individuals who understand their responsibilities and are committed to delivering meaningful development.
“Leadership requires vision, experience, and the ability to serve the people effectively. Our community deserves leaders who know their work and are ready to take responsibility,” Kimanga told the mourners.

His remarks were met with strong support from the gathering, with mourners vowing to stand by Kimanga’s leadership journey. They noted that he possesses the qualities required to represent Kitui West effectively, expressing confidence in his bid for the parliamentary seat in the 2027 General Election.

The condolence meeting concluded with prayers for the departed soul of Grace Kaswee Kaka Mutinda and continued messages of solidarity to the Mutinda family as burial preparations continue ahead of Saturday’s ceremony.
