Dr. Rachael Kaki Nyamai Champions Ruto’s Development Agenda at Endau Empowerment Forum

Kitui South Member of Parliament and Kitui County UDA Chairperson Hon. Dr. Rachael Kaki Nyamai, CBS, on Monday took center stage at a major empowerment forum in Endau, Kitui East Constituency, where she rallied residents to continue supporting President William Ruto’s development agenda for the region.

The forum, hosted by Kitui East MP Hon. Nimrod Mbai, brought together hundreds of women, youth, elders, and community groups to discuss economic empowerment, government programmes, and opportunities aimed at improving livelihoods across the county.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Nyamai highlighted the progress made under the Kenya Kwanza administration, citing investments in infrastructure, agriculture, education, and economic empowerment programmes that have positively impacted communities across Kitui County. She noted that the government’s focus on grassroots development was opening new opportunities for residents and accelerating socio-economic growth.

As the Chairperson of UDA in Kitui County, Dr. Nyamai reaffirmed her commitment to championing the government’s agenda and ensuring that residents benefit from ongoing and future development initiatives. She urged wananchi to remain united and supportive of President Ruto’s leadership, saying continued cooperation would attract more projects and resources to the region.

The legislator also praised the improved security situation in the area, noting that peace and stability were essential for economic growth, investment, and community development.

Eastern Regional Commissioner Jacob Ouma Muganda echoed her sentiments, assuring residents of the government’s commitment to maintaining security and delivering services at the grassroots level. He encouraged the public to work closely with security agencies and take advantage of available empowerment programmes.

Other leaders present included former Mwingi Central MP Hon. Joe Mutambu, Hon. Beth Syengo, Hon. Esther Ndile, Hon. Boniface Musambi, Kitui County Assembly Speaker Kevin Kinengo, Hon. Martha Mati, Hon. Moses Banda, and several Members of the Kitui County Assembly.

The meeting underscored the growing momentum behind economic empowerment initiatives in Kitui and reinforced calls for continued support of the government’s development agenda.
