Generali Kimanga Leads Unity and Giving at Kabati Parish, Urges Support for Education

Generali Fredrick Kimanga today joined hundreds of worshippers at Kabati Parish in Kitui West during the Ngetha celebration, a significant occasion in the parish calendar and who is a strategic committee member. The event, led by the Parish Priest, Fr. Julius Muthamba, was marked by prayers, unity, and a successful fundraising initiative where substantial funds were raised to support parish projects.

The event drew a host of dignitaries and leaders from various sectors, including Monica Juma adviser security in the office of president, Commissioner revenue allocation Mr. Muasya, Mr. Nicholas Mulila, and Vincent Munyoki. They were joined by Members of the County Assembly from Kitui, led by the area MCA Gabriel Munyao, among other local leaders and church members.

Following the service at Kabati Parish, Generali Kimanga proceeded to attend another church service at AIC Kwa Nyingi. During the visit, he led a fundraising drive aimed at helping the church acquire a modern public address (PA) system to enhance worship experiences.

Speaking to the congregation, Kimanga emphasized the critical role of education in transforming lives. “Education remains the only game changer in our communities,” he stated. “I urge all of us, especially the church, to take an active role in supporting and educating our young ones. Empowering them through education is investing in a better future.”
