Kitui Governor Dr. Julius Malombe today presided over the signing of performance contracts by the County Executive Committee Members (County Ministers), marking a significant step in strengthening accountability, efficiency and service delivery within the county government.
The performance contracts are expected to provide a clear framework for measuring the implementation of government programmes, monitoring progress and ensuring that each county ministry delivers on its mandate in line with the county’s development agenda.
