Governor Wavinya Ndeti’s administration has enhanced diagnostic services at Kathiani Level 4 Hospital through the provision of a new ultrasound machine, strengthening the facility’s capacity to deliver timely and reliable medical care to residents. The investment is part of the Governor’s continued efforts to improve healthcare infrastructure and ensure residents can access essential medical services closer to home.The new ultrasound machine will significantly improve the hospital’s imaging and diagnostic capacity, enabling healthcare providers to conduct timely examinations, support early detection of medical conditions and accurately assess and monitor patients. By equipping the facility with modern diagnostic technology, Governor Ndeti is helping healthcare workers make better informed clinical decisions and provide appropriate treatment based on accurate medical assessments.The investment is expected to improve patient care and outcomes while reducing the need for residents to travel to distant facilities in search of specialised diagnostic services.
