Kitui County incoming Woman Representative Hon. Fridah Makasi joined hundreds of worshippers at AIC Kiatine in Matinyani Ward, Kitui West Sub-County, during a thanksgiving service held in honor of Mr. Simon Nding’o, the Eastern Regional KNUT Chairman.
Hon. Makasi praised Mr. Nding’o for his outstanding leadership in the education sector and his unwavering commitment to championing the welfare of teachers across the Eastern region. She noted that dedicated leaders such as Mr. Nding’o play a crucial role in strengthening the education system and improving the livelihoods of teachers.
The thanksgiving service brought together a host of leaders and dignitaries, including Hon. Dr. Makali Mulu, MP for Kitui Central; Nicholas Mulila, KNUT National Treasurer; Waziri Generali Fredrick Kimanga, the Kitui West incoming MP; CS Mulewa; CO Bretta Mwangangi; Hon. Munyalo, MCA for Matinyani Ward; Hon. Charity Kathathi; and other distinguished guests.
The event was marked by prayers, thanksgiving, and messages of unity, with leaders commending Mr. Nding’o for his dedication to serving teachers and advocating for quality education in the region.
