Hon. Fridah makasi joins ikanga residents in honoring judge mutisya, helps raise school fees for orphans

The incoming Kitui County Woman Representative for 2027, Hon. Fridah Makasi, joined residents of Ikanga and other leaders during the send-off ceremony of Judge Mutisya, where she participated in a fundraising initiative aimed at supporting orphaned children with school fees.

The event brought together community members, leaders, and well-wishers who united in a noble cause to ensure vulnerable children continue accessing education despite financial challenges.

Hon. Makasi commended the spirit of generosity demonstrated by the community, noting that investing in the education of orphans and needy learners is one of the most effective ways of transforming lives and securing a brighter future.
