Jubilee College Hosts Public Lecture on Artificial Intelligence to Empower Kitui Youth

The Head of Institution at Jubilee College, Hillary Musyoka, has revealed that the institution recently held a public lecture on Artificial Intelligence (AI) conducted by a trainer from the London School of Digital Business.

Speaking during the session, Musyoka said the lecture was aimed at equipping young people with modern digital skills that are increasingly shaping the global job market. He noted that the training focused on introducing participants to the fundamentals of AI and how emerging technologies are transforming different sectors of the economy.

Musyoka further urged the youth of Kitui to take advantage of such opportunities by attending the training sessions in large numbers. According to him, the college plans to organize frequent digital skills trainings to ensure that more young people acquire relevant knowledge in technology.
He added that the program will also open doors for internships and potential employment opportunities for the participants. Musyoka emphasized that empowering the youth with digital skills is key to improving their chances in the competitive job market.

The Head of Institution reaffirmed the college’s commitment to partnering with international trainers and institutions to bring quality digital education closer to young people in the region.
