Kitui County residents have vowed to change the county’s Women Representative leadership in the 2027 General Election by backing Hon. Fridah Makasi for the seat.
The residents praised Hon. Makasi for her close connection with wananchi, humility, and commitment to empowering women and youth across the county.
Speaking during grassroots engagements, locals said Kitui needs a more active and people-centered leader who understands the challenges facing ordinary residents.
“We are ready for change, and Hon. Fridah Makasi is the leader we believe can transform the lives of our people,” said one resident.
The residents further pledged to mobilize massive support across the county to ensure Hon. Makasi secures victory in 2027.
