Malombe commissions improved kunguluni road and 30-metre drift in nzambani ward

Malombe commissions improved kunguluni road and 30-metre drift in nzambani ward

Kitui Governor Dr. Julius Malombe has commissioned the improved Kitui Resort Hotel–Kunguluni Road, featuring a 30-metre drift and a 30-metre concrete slab across River Nzeeu in Nzambani Ward.

The project is expected to improve accessibility and ease movement for residents who previously travelled about three kilometres and spent close to KSh300 on transport. With the improved road and drift, residents can now access their destinations within a walking distance of just one kilometre, saving time and transport costs.

Kitui incoming Senator Dr. Stephen Mbaya Kimwele accompanied Governor Malombe during the commissioning, which was also attended by Deputy Governor Augustine Wambua and several county ministers.
