MP Charles Ngusya Nguna Officially Joins Broad-Based Government for the Sake of Mwingi West Residents

Mwingi West Member of Parliament, Hon. Charles Ngusya Nguna, has made it clear that he has officially joined President William Ruto’s broad-based government, emphasizing that his decision is guided purely by the desire to advance development for the people of Mwingi West.

Speaking during a function in Kitui Town, Hon. Nguna stated that his move is not about politics but about ensuring that the residents of Mwingi West get their fair share of national development projects.

“I have officially joined the broad-based government under President William Ruto for the sake of my people in Mwingi West. My focus is on bringing tangible development not politics,” said Nguna.

The MP noted that through this partnership, over 3,400 households from Mwingi West will benefit from electricity connectivity, while several stalled community projects are set for rehabilitation and completion.

He further reiterated his commitment to working with the national government to ensure improved infrastructure, better access to education, healthcare, and water for his constituents.

“My decision is about service delivery. Mwingi West deserves growth, and I will do everything possible to ensure our people are not left behind,” he added.

Nguna’s announcement marks a significant political move in Kitui County, signaling growing cooperation between leaders from the region and the national government in the spirit of unity and development.
