Nzilu sponsors public participation bill to give kitui residents a stronger voice ‎

‎Kitui Central MP hopeful and Kyanwithya West MCA Hon. Christopher Nzilu Nzioka has sponsored the County Public Participation Bill, aimed at strengthening public involvement in county decision-making.

The proposed law seeks to give Kitui residents a greater opportunity to shape policies, influence development priorities and hold county leaders accountable.

If effectively implemented, the bill will help ensure that citizens’ views are considered when decisions affecting their communities are made, promoting transparency, accountability and people-centred development across Kitui County.
