Three men have been arraigned in a Kitui Court over alleged conspiracy to commit felony and forgery of 60 Kinatwa Sacco Member signatures.
The accused Benson Mulinge, Munyoki Musyoka and David Kamwere face charges of conspiracy to commit felony and forgery under the Penal Code.
According to the charge sheet, they allegedly forged signatures of several Kinatwa Sacco Members including Isiah Kyende Kitheka and other’s, in a scheme aimed at damaging the Sacco public image.
Court documents show the suspects were arrested on March 24, 2026, and later charged with multiple counts related to the alleged offences.
- The accused denied the charges and were issued with cash bail of three hundred thousand shillings and sureity of five hundred thousand shillings as the case continue to full hearing
