The upgraded health facility is providing essential healthcare services to more than 3,500 residents, significantly reducing the burden of travelling long distances in search of medical care. The expansion reflects the County Government’s deliberate investment in strengthening primary healthcare and ensuring that every resident has access to timely and quality medical services.
Since becoming operational, Kithuani Dispensary has attended to more than 5,000 patients, underscoring the growing demand for quality healthcare closer to communities. The facility is improving access to outpatient services, maternal and child healthcare, immunization, treatment of common illnesses, and preventive health services, bringing critical care within easy reach of the people.
