Generali Fredrick Kimanga Crowned Best Performing CECM in Kenya, Emerges as the Hope for Kitui West

In a remarkable recognition of exemplary leadership and service, Hon. Fredrick Kimanga, popularly known as Generali, has been awarded the Mizani Africa Voter’s Choice Award 2025 as the Best Performing County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Housing, and Urban Development.

The prestigious accolade places Kimanga in Position 1 nationally, celebrating his outstanding performance, dedication, and transformative impact in Kitui County’s land and housing sector. The award, presented by Mizani Africa, acknowledges leaders who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to public service and tangible results in their respective dockets.

Kimanga’s visionary leadership has seen the Lands, Housing, and Urban Development department in Kitui make remarkable strides under his stewardship. From improved land management systems to the expansion of urban infrastructure, Generali has consistently championed development that directly uplifts local communities.

Residents of Kitui West, where Kimanga hails from, have expressed immense pride and renewed hope, describing him as “the people’s choice and the man of action.” Many have vowed that Generali is the only leader capable of unseating the current MP in the 2027 elections, citing his proven record of delivery, humility, and accessibility.

Speaking after receiving the award, Hon. Kimanga expressed deep gratitude to the people of Kitui and to Mizani Africa for the recognition.

“This award is not just mine; it belongs to the people of Kitui. It’s a reflection of teamwork, dedication, and our shared dream of a better, developed, and more equitable county,” he said.

With growing support across the constituency, Generali Kimanga continues to solidify his place as the front-runner for the Kitui West parliamentary seat in 2027, embodying a new wave of leadership rooted in service, integrity, and development.

As Kitui County celebrates one of its own, the message is clear Generali Kimanga is not just a leader for today, but the beacon of hope for Kitui West’s future.
