The incoming Kitui West parliamentary aspirant, Generali Fredrick Kimanga, on Wednesday evening joined the family of Munyalo Mulandi in mourning following the tragic loss of their daughter, Kavete Munyalo, at Kombu area in Kwa Mutonga, Kithumula Ward, Kitui West Constituency.
Speaking during the condolence visit, Kimanga expressed his deep sorrow and heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family, describing the death of the young woman as a painful loss not only to the family but also to the entire community of Kitui West.
He called upon residents to continue standing together during difficult moments, emphasizing the importance of unity, compassion, and supporting one another in times of grief.
“There is nothing more painful than losing a loved one. As a community, we must continue to comfort and support families facing such heartbreaking moments,” Kimanga stated.
Thereafter, the leader participated in a harambee organized in preparation for the burial ceremony scheduled for this coming Saturday. Residents, friends, and local leaders came together to support the family both emotionally and financially as burial arrangements continue.
Kimanga further urged leaders and members of the public to embrace humanity and extend a helping hand to families in need, saying that solidarity strengthens the social fabric of the community.
The atmosphere was filled with sorrow and prayers as mourners paid tribute to the late Kavete Munyalo, remembered by many as a humble and respectful young woman.
