Kitui West’s 2027 parliamentary hopeful, Waziri Generali Fredrick Kimanga, has intensified his grassroots mobilization efforts, calling on residents to rally behind his bid while emphasizing experience, unity, and education as pillars for transforming the constituency.
Generali was accompanied by his spouse Madam Angela at AIC Senda in Kitui West, where he led a fundraiser in support of the DCC Senda, Kimanga positioned himself as a seasoned leader ready to steer the constituency to greater heights. He underscored that leadership requires proven experience, noting that he possesses the capacity and exposure needed to uplift Kitui West.
“Every job requires experience, and I have gained enough to take Kitui West to the next level,” Kimanga told congregants, drawing applause from the faithful who had gathered for the event.
In a passionate appeal, the aspiring MP urged residents to come together and support his political journey, expressing confidence in his ability to deliver transformative leadership.
He anchored his message on faith, assuring the congregation that with God, all things are possible, including achieving meaningful development for the constituency.
Kimanga also placed strong emphasis on education, describing it as the cornerstone of progress in any society. He noted that the most improved constituencies across the country have heavily invested in education, calling on leaders and residents alike to prioritize learning as a tool for empowerment and long-term growth.
“Education is the key to development. If we want Kitui West to rise, we must invest in our schools and our children,” he stated.
Beyond his political ambitions, the Waziri used the platform to encourage civic responsibility, urging residents of Kitui West and Kenyans at large to register as voters and actively participate in elections. He stressed the power of the ballot, reminding citizens that their vote is a crucial tool in shaping the leadership and future of the country.
“Your vote is your weapon. Use it wisely by registering and electing leaders who will serve your interests,” Kimanga said.
