Kitui police commander Judy Kalondu vows tougher security, urges residents to report crime

Kitui County Police Commander Judy Kalondu has urged residents to promptly share information on insecurity and work closely with the police to prevent crime.

Kalondu said police patrols have been intensified along the Kitui–Tana border as part of measures to enhance security. She also called on the public to remain vigilant and play an active role in crime prevention.

She assured Kitui residents that security agencies remain committed to protecting lives and property.
Kalondu was speaking at her office at the Kitui County headquarters in Kitui Town.
