Machakos Residents Declare Governor Wavinya Ndeti a Two-Term Leader: “Mama Mchapa Kazi Must Continue!

Machakos County residents have sent a strong and united message of confidence and support to their governor, Dr. Wavinya Ndeti, declaring that she must serve two full terms for her unmatched leadership, humility, and tireless service to the people of Machakos.

During the opposition leaders’ tour led by the Sixth President of the Republic of Kenya, Dr. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, thousands of residents from across the county broke into chants of “Mama Mchapa Kazi! 2027 tena!” affirming their full trust in Governor Wavinya’s administration.

Residents praised the county boss for being a leader who sees, listens, and acts on the needs of her people qualities they said have transformed Machakos into a county of hope and progress.

“Governor Wavinya is not just a leader; she is a mother to the people of Machakos. She listens to our cries, walks with us in our struggles, and ensures development reaches every corner,” said one resident amid loud cheers from the crowd.

Under her stewardship, Machakos has witnessed tremendous improvement in infrastructure, health services, water distribution, and youth empowerment programs, earning her admiration even beyond the county borders.

Addressing the enthusiastic crowd, governor. Wavinya Ndeti thanked Machakos residents for their unwavering support and reaffirmed her commitment to continue serving with dedication and integrity.

“I am deeply humbled by your trust. My government will continue working tirelessly to ensure every household in Machakos feels the fruits of devolution. Together, we are building a better, stronger, and more prosperous Machakos,” she said.

Leaders accompanying Dr. Kalonzo Musyoka commended Governor Wavinya for her development record and called on residents to stand firm behind her as the county’s CEO, describing her as a model of effective and people-centered leadership.

As the opposition tour energized the political atmosphere in the region, one message stood loud and clear from the people of Machakos:
