Sources say this suspension was not out of necessity, but a calculated move to buy time. Time to plot. Time to cripple. With house operations halted, Kiusya is now working behind closed doors, reportedly strategizing on how to completely stall the county’s legislative machinery, and secretly bankroll a venomous propaganda campaign against Governor Wavinya Ndeti. The Speaker’s actions have effectively paralyzed devolution, leaving development hanging in the balance.
Behind this brazen power grab is a cabal of discredited political figures, including former Governor Alfred Mutua and Mavoko MP Patrick Makau and other greedy MPs, who are said to be working with Kiusya to destabilize Governor Wavinya’s administration. Once allies of the Governor, these leaders turned enemies when Wavinya refused to play puppet and instead, closed the graft-ridden loopholes they previously exploited to milk Machakos dry. Perhaps most disturbing is the Speaker’s allies use of dirty propaganda tactics. Audio recordings reveal her advisor, ex-CECM Sky Muasya, actively plotting to recruit bloggers and bribe journalists to spread disinformation against the Governor wavinya Ndeti.
