Tabitha Mutinda Champions Youth and Women Empowerment at Budget and Sustainable Finance Summit

Nairobi Nominated Senator and aspiring Nairobi Woman Representative, Tabitha Mutinda, today joined key stakeholders at a high-level Summit on Budget and Sustainable Finance sponsored by the African Management Services Company (AMSCO).

The summit brought together leaders, policymakers, and development partners to deliberate on strategies for strengthening sustainable financing and promoting inclusive economic growth across Africa.

Speaking after the summit, Mutinda underscored the importance of prudent budgeting and sustainable financial systems in driving meaningful development, especially for women and young people who remain central to the continent’s future.

She lauded AMSCO for its continued commitment to building human capital across Africa, noting that such initiatives are critical in creating resilient institutions and unlocking economic opportunities for communities.

“Empowering our youth and women through sound financial planning and sustainable development policies is key to transforming lives and building a stronger economy,” Mutinda said.

She further reaffirmed her commitment to championing policies that support economic inclusion, entrepreneurship, and access to opportunities for marginalized groups in Nairobi and beyond.

AMSCO, a leading pan-African organization, has remained at the forefront of developing human capital across the continent, with a focus on creating sustainable and competitive organizations that contribute to long-term economic growth.

Mutinda’s participation at the summit reflects her continued advocacy for youth and women empowerment, as well as her dedication to advancing policies that foster sustainable development.
