Wavinya Ndeti Boosts Healthcare at Ekalakala Level 3 with Oxygen System and Solar Power Investment.

Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti has strengthened healthcare services at Ekalakala Level 3 Health Facility in Ekalakala Ward through the commissioning of a new oxygen manifold system and a 30KVA solar power installation aimed at improving patient care and enhancing service delivery.The newly commissioned oxygen manifold system will ensure a reliable supply of medical oxygen to patients requiring respiratory support and emergency medical care. The facility serves more than 10,000 residents from Ekalakala and surrounding communities, who are expected to benefit from improved access to essential healthcare services.Governor Wavinya also commissioned a 30KVA solar power system to provide sustainable and reliable energy, support uninterrupted healthcare operations and significantly reduce electricity costs. The investments underscore her administration’s commitment to modernising healthcare infrastructure, strengthening medical facilities and improving the quality of healthcare services for the people of Machakos County.
