Machakos Governor Hon. Wavinya Ndeti reaffirmed her administration’s commitment to transforming rural infrastructure after inspecting the ongoing grading and murraming of the Donyo–Mithini Road in Kiboko Sub-Location.
The road project is part of the Governor’s broader development agenda aimed at opening up rural areas, improving connectivity, and ensuring that residents enjoy reliable and all-weather road networks. Once completed, the upgraded road is expected to significantly ease the movement of people and goods while enhancing access to schools, healthcare facilities, markets, and other essential services.
Governor Wavinya noted that quality infrastructure remains a key driver of economic growth and pledged that her government will continue investing in projects that directly improve the lives of Machakos residents.
