Makali Mulu today underscored his growing influence and leadership stature in Kitui County after gracing the Cultural Day celebrations at Kitui Teachers Training College as Chief Guest.
Dr. Makali, who is widely regarded as the incoming Governor of Kitui County in 2027, received a warm welcome from students, tutors, and invited guests as he joined the institution in celebrating Kenya’s rich cultural heritage.
